Pro-Start is a two-year industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program for high school students. Pro-Start is designed to prepare students for their careers. Pro-Start was created by The National Restuarant Association Educational Foundation also known as the NRAEF. The NRAEF awards more than $1 million in scholarships to individuals pursuing a post-secondary degree in the restaurant, foodservice, and hospitality industry.
